We are learning about place value of teen numbers .
I know that the number 1 in a teen number represents 10 and the other digit
represents the remaining ones
here is my breakdown of the number 16 .
I am reading the book Be Brave.
My new sounds are soft c and the split digraph a-e. I have made a word cloud with all of the words I know that have these sounds.

I have been learning how to say where something is in te reo Māori.
We read the book Kei Hea te Kuri, used some poi and sung e rere taku poi, and practiced asking each other kei hea te titi pea. I had fun practising with my with my friend Tawera.
